Refund Policy
These terms explain how refunds, escrow releases, and disputes work for beta purchases and tailor marketplace orders.
1. Beta Purchases
During the Tailor X beta, most platform features are free. If a paid beta feature is offered, the purchase screen will show the price, billing cadence, and refund eligibility before checkout.
2. Tailor Services
Tailor services, deposits, milestones, and custom work are fulfilled by the tailor or business providing the service. Refund eligibility depends on the agreed scope, order status, milestone approval, and whether work has already begun.
3. Escrow And Milestones
When escrow or milestone payments are available, funds may be held until the customer approves the milestone or the dispute window closes. Approved milestones are generally final unless fraud, non-delivery, or a material quality issue is confirmed.
4. Disputes
If an order cannot be resolved between the customer and tailor, either party may open a dispute. Tailor X may review order messages, attachments, milestone history, and delivery evidence to determine whether to release, partially refund, or refund funds.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Completed custom work, approved milestones, downloaded digital assets, rush fees, and third-party processing fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in the order terms.
6. How To Request A Refund
Email support@tailorx.me with your order ID, the issue, and any supporting photos or messages. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days during beta.
